Purpose of the measure
Supports the growth and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises outside Harju County and Tartu. The programme helps businesses carry out strategic development activities, including product/service development, business model development, digitalisation and automation, launching and/or increasing exports, etc.
Funding rate
Up to 60% of eligible costs (depending on company size and type of aid)
Eligible activities
- Product development (services, materials, salary costs)
- Organisational development (salary costs of a development employee/manager, digitalisation, process development)
- Certification
- Acquisition of fixed assets
- Development of marketing capabilities
- Participation in international trade fairs
