Project #1 - Window Manufacturing
Challenge
The company was using technologically outdated ERP software with limited integration capabilities, resulting in inefficiencies in certain processes.
Solution
We developed a digitalisation roadmap and implemented a digital transformation project, introducing a new ERP system and separate production planning and management software with CRM and WMS functionality.
Result
€400 000 in funding secured, and the company advanced to digital maturity level 4 — quantitatively managed production
Project #2 - Furniture Manufacturing
Challenge
The company had implemented new ERP software, but its core modules contained significant errors and its production planning functionality was insufficient.
Solution
We delivered a digital transformation project that corrected the core modules, further developed the BOM structure, and implemented and integrated new standalone production planning and management software.
Result
€331 000 in funding secured, production planning operates in real time and production costing is accurate
Project #3 - Food Industry
Challenge
The company's business model focused on selling food supplements in the Baltic states through distributors, but it lacked the capability to enter the US market and differentiate itself from competitors internationally.
Solution
We delivered a development programme project that included developing a new product range for the US market, implementing significant ERP enhancements, digitalising marketing and data exchange processes, and strengthening marketing and e-commerce capabilities.
Result
€500 000 in funding secured, an IT department (2 developers) recruited, and foundations established for entering the US market and launching a new brand
Project #4 - Wood Industry
Challenge
The company developed a new product concept during the Circular Economy Masterclass. It lacked utility model registration, a prototype and a clear export strategy. At the same time, certain processes were carried out manually and systems were not sufficiently integrated.
Solution
We implemented two projects in parallel - under the Development Programme, a utility model was registered, prototyping and CE certification were completed, and an export strategy was developed; under the Digital Transformation programme, processes were digitalised, enabling more data-driven management.
Result
€368 000 + €277 000 = a total of €645 000 in funding received, the company reached digital maturity level 4, and the new product range is set to reach the market by the end of 2026
Project #5 - Video Production
Challenge
The company wanted to enter a new growth area — producing 3D products using metaverse and virtual reality technologies — but lacked the necessary skills, processes and prototypes.
Solution
We delivered a Development Programme project that established standardised workflows for producing photorealistic 3D products, developed prototypes of digital 3D environments on the Unreal Engine and Unity platforms, and trained the team.
Result
€417 000 in funding secured, enabling the company to produce high-quality 3D products in-house and market them
Project #6 - Information Technology
Challenge
The company wanted to develop a new experimental software product but lacked funding to develop an AI-powered, cloud-based solution.
Solution
We delivered a Product Development project to develop a new AI-powered software product for automating sales proposals, using NLP and machine learning and integrating with CRM and ERP systems.
Result
€349 000 in funding secured, technology developed to TRL 6 and tested in a real working environment with a pilot customer and several CRM systems
Project #7 - Information Technology
Challenge
The company wanted to develop its digital product — the growing complexity of digital systems in vehicles causes confusion for drivers and reduces safety.
Solution
We implemented a Product Development project to develop a contextual voice assistant that provides relevant, real-time guidance on using vehicle systems and connects the driver's smartphone with the car's systems.
Result
€305 000 in funding secured, with the first version of the voice assistant completed — an in-vehicle infotainment application with a context-aware voice assistant
Project #9 - Wood Industry (Small Houses)
Challenge
The production capacity and business model of a rapidly growing manufacturer of handcrafted small houses no longer met market demand — the company lacked products compliant with US regulatory requirements and a strategy for entering the North American market.
Solution
We implemented two projects in parallel — under the Product Development programme, a new product model was developed to meet US building standards and certified; under the SME Development Programme, a commercial and operational framework for entering the US market was established and a circular economy-based service model was developed.
Result
€163 000 + €288 000 = a total of €451 000 in funding secured, the company is preparing to enter the US and Canadian markets, and production capacity will increase by at least 100%
Project #10 - Printing industry
Challenge
The company had outdated offset printing equipment operating at near-maximum capacity, requiring extensive manual setup and consuming excessive energy — while lacking integrations between systems and real-time visibility into production.
Solution
We implemented two projects in parallel — a new, modern offset printing press was purchased under the KIK resource efficiency programme; an ERP warehouse module, API integrations, Power BI business analytics and a production unit for 3-dimensional products were introduced under the Digital Transformation programme.
Result
€280 000 + €315 000 = a total of €595 000 in funding received, production capacity will double and setup time will be drastically reduced
Project #11 - Information Technology (EDI)
Challenge
The company needed to modernise its core software, as the existing solution was limiting scalability and flexibility and lacked sufficient integration capabilities for new trading partners.
Solution
We implemented a Product Development project to modernise the company's core software.
Result
€481 000 in funding secured. The new software version enables real-time tax reporting and improved integration, and opens up new export markets in Scandinavia and Western Europe
Project #12 - Metalworking
Challenge
The company needed to modernise its production processes — data flows were slow and inaccurate, processes were carried out manually, and outdated production equipment did not allow remote control.
Solution
We implemented a digital transformation project, introducing CAD/CAM software, industrial handheld terminals and ERP integrations, a portable 3D quality control system, and commissioning a 5-axis CNC laser cutting centre and a 5D CNC milling centre.
Result
€297 000 in funding secured, the company reached digital maturity level 5 — all critical processes automated and measurable
Project #13 - Metalworking
Challenge
The company had no ERP software — information and data exchange processes were handled manually in Excel, and no dedicated software solutions were used for customer relationship management or work planning.
Solution
We implemented a digital transformation project, developing and deploying ERP software tailored to the company's business processes, a product configurator and a customer portal to automate quotations, and installing industrial tablets for use in production processes.
Result
€276 000 in funding received, the company reached digital maturity level 5 — all core processes automated and measurable
