Innovation and development voucher grant

Purpose of the measure

Increasing the competitiveness of SMEs through the development of innovative products, services and technologies with higher added value. Support is provided for knowledge and technology transfer, building capacity in intellectual property protection, and cooperation with research and development institutions, engineering service providers and competence centres.

Funding rate

Innovation voucher: up to 80% (max 7 500 €). Development voucher: up to 70% (max 35 000 €). De minimis aid.

Eligible activities

• Accreditation, certification, standardisation and conformity assessment
• Metrology services
• Advice on legal protection or registration of patents, utility models or industrial designs
• Prototype production
• Development, testing and demonstration of technological components
• Conducting product testing and industrial experiments or carrying out feasibility studies
• Technological advice on product and service development
• Additionally, for the development voucher: hiring a development employee (up to 50% of the budget) and material costs (up to 25%)
